Dr Jay Patel is a dedicated family medicine physician with over 24 years of experience in

providing comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families. Passionate about fostering

long-term relationships with patients, Dr Jay emphasizes preventive care, wellness, and the

management of chronic conditions, as well as staying proficient in office procedures.

After earning a medical degree from UMDNJ, Dr. Jay completed residency training in family

medicine at RWJ on New Brunswick, NJ.  He is board-certified and committed to staying current

with the latest medical advancements.

patient education programs. When not caring for patients, he enjoys reading, spending time with
